Exciting Advances For Insomnia Treatment Success

Insomnia A Most Miserable Visitor That Ruins Lives

What would you do to be able to sleep a full night, on your own accord, again?

What is it worth to you to be able to lay down in your bed and not have the feeling of “worms” crawling inside your legs?

These things, the Insomnia, or Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), are symptoms of a problem that may just be in your head.

What I mean by that statement is that the cause of this may have it’s origin in your brain.

You see, in your brain you have different areas such as the cortex, cerebellum and brain stem, the brain stem is made up of three areas, the Mesencephalon, Pons and Medulla.

When everything is working correctly, your Mesencephalon, which is the top part of the brain stem, is kept in check by the frontal lobes  of your cortex.

When there is a change in firing from the cortex down to the Mesencephalon it allows for that area to become overactive or you have “Mesencephalic Escape”.

When this occurs you can have problems like  Insomnia or Restless Leg Syndrome, Hypertension, Increased Heart Rate (Tachycardia), Migraines Headaches, Hyperhydrosis (increased sweating), indigestion and much more.

You see, this part of our Central Nervous System in where our life centers are at, regulatory centers for respiration, cardiac function and digestion.

This  area is the place where, in mobster movies, the hit man shoots people.  Yes, the back of the head at the base of the skull.  You get instant death.

Even though we are not worried about hit men, this illustration was meant to show you how very important this part of the brain is.

So taking those pills to help you sleep is really not addressing the problem, and in reality may be causing more harm than good.
